New Management Appointment for Viking

Viking International has appointed Scott Herne as Divisional Call Centre Manager for Division 1 in Glasgow, covering Scotland.

Scott, 25, has a strong background in sales, having spent three years with Platform Building Materials, and is already familiar with Viking, working in a previous sales role before moving into the Viking call centre.

Scott will be responsible for the overall development and management of the Division 1 Call Centre, providing direction for his team on quality, productivity and process improvement.

Excited at the prospect of his new role, Scott said “I look forward to taking a hands-on approach and providing guidance to the team in continually hitting sales targets.”
